Refunds and Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your garment, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please telephone or e-mail us within 7 days of receipt of the item if you wish to return or exchange the garment. This information is very helpful to us. Not only does it ensure an efficient refund to your account it also prepares us to expect your returned parcel.
You may return all items sold by Deborah Charles within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you send item(s) back within 7 days of receipt to ensure they reach us within 14 days of receipt. We can only issue refunds or exchanges on item(s) that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. After this 14 day period we may at our discretion accept return of the garment, however you may not receive a full refund in respect of the price you paid for the garment and your refund may be by way of a credit note.
We will issue a full refund for the garment(s) providing;
The item must be returned unworn and in pristine condition in the original packaging with all the tickets and labels attached.
Please note; when trying on items of clothing please ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave scent and marks on the garment. Please take care if you are wearing make-up.
We are unable to accept the return of any garment where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Once we have received the returned garment and confirmed that it is in a re-saleable condition, we will process the refund in respect of the price of the product only.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on any delivery postage and packing charges as this part of our service to you has been completed. If you choose to return all or part of your order we do not offer a refund on any return postage charges unless the return is a result of our error.
The cost and safety of the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, therefore, we recommend for security and insurance purposes that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please do not return the item using ordinary first class mail or recorded delivery as there is no guarantee, record or insurance.
Returns via Royal Mail Special Delivery;
Please carefully pack the garment in its original packaging.
Enclose the completed returns form.
Fix the returns address label to the front of the box.

The post office will issue you with a proof of posting certificate. Please retain this form and any receipts until you receive your refund.
We cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item(s).
An e-mail will be sent to you confirming we have processed your return. Please allow 10 days for the funds to reach your account.
